Schematic design is the first phase of design where everything is big, blocky and unfinished - meant to determine locations for walls, doors, windows and over arching concerns.
In the second part of the design process we'll focus on detailed design elements of your space. This is where we layout the specifics of your environment.
With a completed design you'll be moving into getting bids for your project. These documents will illustrate for your chosen team - what needs to be done.
Your project will be constructed in one of various 3D software we use every day. At the end of the project, we'll give you that model to continue to use as you see fit.
