Booking Terms & Conditions

1) Booking a time-slot must be verified with a member of the team before it is officially active. You booking on this apparatus is a request to the team for the requested time-slot. In most instances this won't be a problem however, you should look to find an e-mail or phone call from the team to verify the official booking.

2) Booking a time-slot for consult & measurements can take up to 4 hours. During this time a member of the team will consult with your family (or Project manager) as well as take thorough dimensions of your entire space along with pictures and potential video. Please make preparations to be away from cameras if you do not want a team member snapping a photo of you in the space.

3) Cancellations must be handled within 24 hours of the booked appointment. Failure to cancel within this time will constitute a charge of 1/2 the total assessed amount. By failing to cancel your appointment within the allotted time frame you are submitting to this charge without the ability to contest it.
